First and foremost, TO PLAY WE HAVE TO STAY HEALTHY.
Effective 12/20, AYHA will adopt the new quarantine options for reducing quarantine.
Notify your head coach and Xuan Thy Schulenburg at email@example.com if your player has Covid-19 or is in quarantine for a Covid-19 exposure.
Everyone must wear a face covering while in the rink. Players must wear a face covering on the ice (unless they have a documented medical exemption). Coaches must wear face coverings on the bench. Spectators must wear face coverings in the stands.
Do the Covid screen on Crossbar for your players and note player availability before every practice and every game.
Please direct any questions or concerns about the protocol to task force members: Justin Scherer, Steve Adair, Adam Pfeiffer or Xuan Thy Schulenburg

Home teams may enter locker room 30 minutes before game time.
Away team may enter locker room 30 minutes before game time. Your manager will reach out to the away team to make sure they have completed a Covid-19 screen.
Locker rooms will be sanitized between games.
Spectators may enter the rink 5 minutes before game time and must leave right after the game ends.
Parent volunteers (time clock, scoresheet)) may enter the rink 15 minutes before game time.
All players, coaches and spectators should enter the Mullett Ice Center through main lobby doors and exit through south doors.
The Mullett Ice Center has a 250 person capacity so there shouldn't be an issue with number of spectators as long as we stick to the 5 minutes before game time. This allows the other game spectators to exit the building.
Spectators will need to physically distance in the stands. There will be no designated seating.
We will have a designated parent as a Covid monitor before each home game. Covid monitor job duties will include:
1. Enforcing the time lines as above
2. Make sure all that enter the building have a mask
3. Make sure the visiting team has completed the cdc guideline screening questionnaire.
Above is an image of the Covid monitor "station". This should be placed front and center in the rink. The tablecloths, signage and extra CDC screening forms for players will be available in a plastic carrying bin that will be on top of the sound system in the Mullett office.
