Any person that would like to manage a team with AYHA must apply through the manager registration.

Apply to be an AYHA manager.
If selected as a manager, follow the steps below.
Register (USA Hockey) with USA Hockey as a Manager
**Send confirmation email with new # to firstname.lastname@example.org**
Background Check (WAHA)
2. Complete the WAHA Online Background Screening
Code of Ethics
3. Print and read the USA Hockey Code of Ethics.
Sign and return the USA Hockey and AYHA Code of Ethics form to the secretary.
Safe Sport (USA Hockey)
4. Complete Safe Sport Training
ALL COMPLETED FORMS ARE TO BE TURNED INTO THE "SECRETARY FOLDER" LOCATED AT THE MULLET OFFICE.
