Volunteer to Manage a Team
Any person that would like to manage a team with AYHA must apply through the manager registration.
Requirements
Register (USA Hockey) with USA Hockey as a Manager
**Send confirmation email with new # to secretary@arrowheadyouthhockey.com**
Code of Ethics
3. Print and read the USA Hockey Code of Ethics.
Sign and return the USA Hockey and AYHA Code of Ethics form to the secretary.
ALL COMPLETED FORMS ARE TO BE TURNED INTO THE "SECRETARY FOLDER" LOCATED AT THE MULLET OFFICE.
