Arrowhead Youth Hockey
Who can register with Arrowhead Youth Hockey?
Boys and girls, birth year 2012-2021. In accordance with the Wisconsin Amateur Hockey Association (WAHA), your primary residence must be located in the Arrowhead High School district. If your player or players do not live in AYHA's district, you must obtain a waiver from your local youth hockey organization before registering. If you are not sure if you can play with AYHA, please contact our secretary with your primary residence's address, so we can help you determine your eligibility.
Girls Program Updates
- Mite/8u (2018-2019): AYHA will offer a girls only option for this season.
- Squirt/10u (2016-2017): AYHA will offer a girls only option for this season.
- Peewee/12u (2014-2015): AYHA will offer a girls only option for this season.
- Bantam/14u (2012-2013): AYHA will not be able offer a girls only option this season.
- Players should register with Elmbrook

What will it cost to play?
Short of full hockey equipment, you can expect the following costs/fees associated to play this season.
USA Hockey Registration
The USA Hockey Registration fee is age based.
- 2020 & Younger $17.00
- 2018-2019 $58.00
- 2014-2017 $71.00
- 2012-2013 $81.00
+ $15 WAHA Affiliate Fee
Note: USA Hockey fee may be waived depending on the player's age but, they must still register.
AYHA Registration
$200 (NON-REFUNDABLE) minimum due, per player, at registration.

| *Tournament Fees - Tournament fees are built into the division prices into the ice fees. Mites covers the cost of 1 tournament, while squirts through bantams covers 2. If teams decide to do more tournaments than what is covered, those fees will be collected by that team's manager. | ||||
1. Registrations completed after July 15th may be subject to an additional $250 late fee above what is listed (mite level is exempt)
2. Families registering after July 15th can apply to waive the late fee by emailing before they register.
Practice Jerseys
AYHA requires ALL players to have a practice jerseys.
New players must purchase their practice jersey in the Jersey/Sock ordering page.
Returning players that still fit into their practice jersey from last season do not have to purchase a new one.
Convenience Fee
Each credit or debit card transaction will incur a 2% convenience fee in addition to the payment being made.
You will have the option to enter your bank information to process an electronic check for your payments to avoid the convenience fee.

Due at Parent Kick-Off Meeting in September
Families are eligible for a 2% discount on player fees if they pay their player(s) remaining balance, by check at the parent meeting.
If you intended to take advantage of this offer, please select the "Installment Plan" when selecting the pricing options.
Volunteer Check
$500 will be added to your crossbar account and will be removed upon completion of your volunteer hours.
Each family is REQUIRED to work at least 10 volunteer hours. This charge will be removed ONLY if the 10 hours are completed. Families may opt out and pay the volunteer hour fee at registration. This charge will be made on March 31, 2027 for families not completing their volunteer hours.
Fundraising Fee
$200 charge will be added to your crossbar account for December 1st, 2026
Each family is REQUIRED to be part of the AYHA Calendar Raffle Fundraiser.
Team Funds
$50-$150 Due in October
This will cover the cost of team events, additional tournaments that each team decides to participate in. Each team determines how much to put aside for the extra costs.
Players WILL NOT be permitted to attend practices unless team fees are submitted.
Jersey Numbers
Jersey Numbers for AYHA players are selected by players from Squirt/10u level or older.
- Odd birth years choose odd numbers.
- Even birth years choose even numbers.
- Returning players can choose to keep their existing number. If they change numbers, please notify communications@arrowheadyouthhockey.com to let us know.
- Mite/8u level or younger are assigned jerseys. If you choose a jersey number for a mite at registration, it will be removed until they receive their assigned jersey.

Each player gets 1-3 ice times each week that are used for practices. We do not run a set schedule, so you can practice any day of the week.

AYHA will not use the individual information or credit information provided for any purpose other than for registration and payment for Arrowhead Youth Hockey players.
