WI Elite Off-Ice Training
At WI Elite, we provide hockey-specific off-ice training designed to directly translate to on-ice performance. Operating within Hockey Haven, our training model is built to help athletes develop strength, speed, mobility, movement efficiency, and overall athletic performance within a structured, high-level environment.
Our goal is to create a consistent development space where athletes can train, progress, and compete at a higher level while gaining access to the type of hockey-specific training environments commonly found in larger hockey markets. Programming includes structured group training sessions, small-group development, and one-on-one coaching opportunities tailored to the needs of hockey athletes across different age groups and skill levels.
Every session is designed with a focus on athlete progression, quality coaching, and performance development that carries over directly onto the ice. Beyond training, WI Elite aims to build a centralized environment where athletes and families can engage more frequently within the hockey community while supporting long-term development both on and off the ice.
Season Development Plans:
- 14U - 32 Sessions $450
- 12U - 32 Sessions $450
- 10U - 16 Sessions $220
- 8U - 8 Sessions $120
10 Session Flex Pack:
We understand that schedules don't always cooperate. For families who cannot commit to the full season plan, can purchase a:
- 10 Session Flex Pass - $150
The Flex Pack provides an alternative for players who have scheduling conflicts while still allowing them to participate in the Arrowhead × WI Elite dryland program.

Player development doesn't happen only on the ice. While hockey practice builds skills, dryland training develops the athlete through speed, strength, agility, mobility, conditioning, and injury prevention. Together, they create stronger, faster, and more complete players.
