Arrowhead Youth Hockey is excited to partner with WI Elite Hockey Training to make structured dryland training a core part of our player-development program.

Today's hockey players need more than time on the ice. To become faster, stronger, more explosive, and more resilient, athletes need consistent off-ice training that complements their on-ice development.

CONSISTENCY MATTERS.

Dryland is most effective when it is consistent throughout the season. The season plans are structured around the developmental needs of each age group and are designed to complement the players' on-ice training.
